Returns & Refunds

You can return a product if it meets both conditions below.

Eligibility

1. You request the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. The product is unused and returned in its original packing, with the original folds intact.

Refund

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the above, your refund is processed within 7 days, to the same UPI ID or account you paid from.

Before returning

Please message us on WhatsApp first. We'll confirm eligibility and share the return address — this avoids returns we can't accept.
